About Ellenmaeve
Professional Raw Food Chief
My name is Ellenmaeve Bergh and I am the face behind green dream.
After my studies I knew I wanted to be part of the green movement to help our planet and the creatures we share it with.
In 2017, i started my own plant based/vegan food stall, selling highly nutritious and tasty whole foods on a local Galway market in the city center.
I wanted to reach more customers and be part of a wider community, so I decided to buy a food truck and also set up a website so I can reach more customers near and far.
Green Dream
In 2019 I bought my first ever food truck, which already had a professional kitchen inside. I spent a long time repairing and getting it ready.
It has opened many doors for me to be able to create my delicious food products as well as being able to cater for large events and health retreats all over Ireland.
Over the years I’ve catered at many yoga retreats, plant based food markets & festivals. I now run the food truck at my local market in Strandhill, Sligo every Sunday from 11am to 16pm.
My food truck is also available for hire at special events, tours and group visits.
